Installation Steps:

1. Identify the 2 blades with the rounded corners
2. Ensure that the nibed counter-sunked bolts are seated properly
3. Place the blades with the rounded edges facing to the outside
4. Position all the inner blades with bolts as illustrated
5. Place spacers between the blades
6. Apply light tension to the blades
7. Confirm that the all the blades are well seated against the spacers
8. Clamp blades thoroughly
9. Install deflectors
10. Place spacers for the mainframe in position
11. Arrange the wrapping appropriately
12. Inflate the air bladder to 80kpa
13. Position the mainframe and parallelogram system
14. Place all the flat washers
15. Followed by all the spring washers
16. Hand tighten all the lock nuts
17. Tighten lock nuts with wrench
18. Finally, torque all lock nuts
19. Remove blade unit from the alignment tool
20. Visually inspect that all the blades are lined
21. If a discrepancy is found, do final adjustment
22. The DirtWhacker unit is now ready to be mounted on a conveyor system
